Menteri Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata RI Jero Wacik telah menunjuk penyanyi senior Eddy Silitonga sebagai Duta Kebudayaan Indonesia 2010, yang akan mempromosikan budaya dan pariwisata nasional dengan berkeliling dunia menggunakan angkutan darat.

Siaran pers dari Eddy Silitonga yang diterima ANTARA di Jakarta, Selasa (9/2), menyebutkan, perjalanan itu akan dilakukan melewati 49 negara yang tersebar di lima benua di dunia, dan akan memakan waktu lebih dari sembilan bulan.

Rencananya, perjalanan keliling dunia itu akan dilaksanakan mulai 16 April 2010 sampai 10 Januari 2011, atau mundur dari jadwal semula pada 14 Februari sampai 10 November 2010. Penundaan itu disebabkan berbagai persiapan yang belum matang.

Menurut Eddy Silitonga, program itu terdiri dari tiga kegiatan utama yaitu bernyanyi di berbagai tempat yang dilewati, seperti kafe, restoran, hotel atau panggung rakyat. Kegiatan kedua, kata pelantun tembang lawas Mama dan Jatuh Vinta itu, adalah melakukan 'people to people contact' dengan masyarakat atau turis setempat.

Sedangkan kegiatan ketiga, katanya, adalah mengadakan acara Malam Kesenian Indonesia di seluruh KBRI yang dilewati.

Tim keliling dunia yang diberi nama 'Indonesian Team for Culture and Tourism Promo by Eddy Silitonga' itu akan terbagi dalam dua grup, yakni Journey Team yang terdiri dari enam orang, termasuk Eddy Silitonga, yang berkeliling dunia, dan Supporting Team yang akan memantau dan mendukung kebutuhan logistik selama perjalanan.

Sri Susanti tak tahu kalau adopsi anak harus pakai putusan pengadilan

Sri Susanti membantah keras kalau dirinya telah memperdagangkan buah hatinya yang saat itu masih berusia 4 bulan. Wanita 18 tahun itu menegaskan, ia hanya memberikan anak tersebut agar diasuh oleh Mariana. ‘’Saya hanya kasih asuh saja, bukan jual. Dia juga bilang dia mau asuh saja bukan beli bayi,’’ tegasnya lagi.

Namun meski demikian proses pengadopsian anak yang dilakukan antara orang tua bayi Sri Susanti dan Mariana justru menyalahi prosedur. Seharusnya, proses adopsi atau hak pengasuhan anak harus atas seizin pengadilan setempat. ‘’Saya tak tahu kalau adopsi anak harus pakai putusan pengadilan, saya tak tahu benar,’’ kata Sri lagi.

Ia juga mengaku selama buah hatinya di asuh Mariana ia sangat merindukan sang bayi tersebut. ‘’Saya masih punya hati, tak mungkin saya jual. Daripada anak saya mati karena tak ada susu lantaran tak mampu beli. Saya juga sudah minta agar saya bisa bertemu dengan anak saya, tapi katanya saat itu tunggu Hari Raya Imlek,’’ kata Sri dengan tangis yang tak berhenti.(ria)

Bayi diasuh Mariana, sang ibu dapat Rp.11 juta.

Kami tak Mampu Beli Susunya

Suaminya buruh bangunan, sang istri pengangguran. Dan anak pasangan suami istri Sri Susanti-Yuliansyah yang baru lahir 2 Juli 2009 lalu jelas butuh biaya yang cukup besar. Hari-hari di benak Susanti, terbanyang bagaimana ia bisa membeli susu, popok, makanan bergizi, imunisasi, atau membawa sang anak ke dokter jika sakit. Wanita berusia 18 tahun itu dibuat putus asa, ketika menerima nafkah dari suaminya. Sebagai buruh bangunan, penghasilan Yuliansyah jauh dari cukup untuk menutup biaya hidup mereka.

Empat bulan bertahan, akhirnya Susanti menyerah juga. Dan saat Susanti menyatakan satu ide kepada suami agar si anak diasuh orang lain, Yuliansyah setuju. Namun pengasuhan bayi pasangan itu ke orang lain oleh polisi justru dinyatakan sebagai pelanggaran hukum. Aparat polisi Polres Karimun mencium adanya dugaan memperdagangkan manusia. Pasangan muda itu pun akhirnya berurusan dengan polisi. Polisi menangkap keduanya di tempat kos mereka di Sentosa, Karimun, Selasa (12/1) lalu.

Ditemui POSMETRO kemarin di kantor Polres Karimun, Yuliansyah terus terang tentang masalah ekonomi yang membelitnya hingga ia merelakan sang anak “diasuh” orang lain. ‘’Awalnya begini, pacar saya (Susanti) hamil di luar nikah, untuk itu saya menikahi pacar Juni lalu. Setelah satu bulan menikah, tepatnya pada 2 Juli istri saya melahirkan. Sebelumnya tak ada masalah, saya kerja bangunan, istri saya merawat anak kami, namun setelah empat bulan, kami semakin lama tak mampu menghidupkannya,’’ ungkap pria berusia 23 tahun itu dengan kata terbata-bata.
Di tengah kesedihan Yuliansyah, sang istri, Sri Susanti pun melanjutkan cerita kenapa anaknya bisa sampai diasuh orang lain dengan imbalan uang Rp13 juta. ‘’Kami tak mampu lagi untuk beli susunya,’’ tambah sang istri.

Di tengah belitan ekonomi itu, Susanti kemudian bertemu dengan AT yang kini sedang dicari polisi. Dari AT, Susanti kemudian dikenalkan kepada Ayong yang kemudian dibawa kepada AL. Nama terakhir ini juga masih dicari polisi. ‘’Saat itulah saya ditawari seorang wanita yang namanya Marina agar anaknya diasuh dia,’’ tambah Sri Susanti.

Mendapatkan tawaran menggiurkan tersebut, dan melihat kondisi ekonomi keluarganya tak mampu, Susanti kemudian meminta pertimbangan suaminya. Dan Yuliansyah menyetujuinya. ‘’Bukan saya jual, tapi dia bilang mau diasuh dia, makanya saya kasih. Saat itulah saya kasih tahu suami saya tentang pengasuhan anak kami ke orang lain,’’ tambah Susanti lagi.

Pada bulan Oktober, Sri Susanti bersama Ayong dan AL, serta si bayi, berangkat ke Selat Panjang untuk mengantarkan bayi tersebut kepada Mariana. Saat itulah terjadih serah terima anak. Serah-terima itu hanya diperkuat dengan surat pengantar dari RT Sei Lakam, tempat tinggal Mariana.

Diberi Rp13 Juta
Setelah menyerahkan anak, rombongan Susanti kembali ke Karimun. Baru pada bulan November 2009, Mariana memenuhi janjinya memberikan uang sekitar Rp13 juta untuk imbalan mengasuh anak Susanti. Uang tersebut ditranser ke rekening Ayong.

Setelah uang diambil, tambah Susanti, dia Ayong dan AT berkumpul di rumah Ayong di Kampung Bukit, Karimun. Uang itu kemudian dibagi: Susanti mendapat Rp11 juta, Ayong mendapat jatah Rp750 ribu, dan AT kebagian Rp1,250 juta. ‘’Uang itu bukan atas harga bayi saya, tapi atas rasa kasihan dari ibu Mariana kepada saya, makanya dia kasih uang 13 juta dan yang kami terima hanya 11 juta saja,’’ elak Susanti.

Ayong sendiri yang kini sudah diamankan polisi mengakui kalau ia mendapat jatah Rp750 ribu. ‘’Saya hanya dikasih AT 750 ribu saja, saya kenal dengan orang dua ini —Sri Susanti dan Yuliansah— juga dari AT,’’ tegas Ayong.

Kepala Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal Polres Karimun, Ajun Komisaris Boy Herlambang SIK menegaskan, selain mengamankan Susanti, Yuliansyah, dan Ayong, polisi juga sudah mengamankan Mariana, orang yang diduga membeli si bayi. ‘’Mariana masih dalam perjalanan dari Selat Panjang, sudah kita amankan bersama bayinya yang kini diberi nama Jobisah (6 bulan). Sedangkan dua tersangka lain masih DPO yaitu AT dan AL,’’ tegas Boy.

Jika terbukti bersalah, keempat tersangka ini bisa dijerat dengan UU nomor 23 tahun 2007 tentang Perlindungan Anak dengan ancaman penjara maksimal 15 tahun kurungan. Dalam kasus ini, menurut Herlambang, pihaknya mencium adanya kesalahan dalam prosedur pengapdosian anak sesuai aturan hukum yang berlaku. Polisi juga menanyakan status uang senilai Rp13 juta yang diberikan kepada Susianti.
